This is one of those songs you just can’t not like. It makes me smile and tap my feet. Reggie Youngblood sounds like a cheerful Robert Smith, especially in the do do do do do part. The Cure on antidepressants.
And there’s Atmosphere’s You. My favorite part is the “fuck off asshole jerk off dirt ball” line. I may not be a waitress, but I can relate to that.

Ha, you know what’s funny about that Black Kids song? I thought that WAS The Cure the few times I heard it on the radio. I thought to myself everytime I heard it, “We don’t want the new stuff. Just play that days of the week song again.” Yeah, so not a fan.
Ah well. I still love Razorlight. You can’t win ‘em all.
