I’m sick of the rain. Sure, 78 degrees at the end of July is nice, but I’d like some sun pls. kthxbye.

Cats. Nice little blurb in Smithsonian about kitties. When I read this, both of my cats were sleeping on the sofa. Their ancestors may have had to work for a living, but mine are just spoiled.

Oh, Netflix. First I get an email saying they are lowering my rate. That was nice. Then my new DVD shows up broken? If you don’t know who the Trailer Park Boys are, you need to rent it. I first saw the show on TV when I was having to go to Canada all the time for work. Then they aired it on BBC America a while. Now, I just have to rent the DVDs. My favorite part is it is about dopey guys in a trailer park smoking and growing weed and it funded by the Canadian Television Fund. I love Canada.

Car. The reason my check engine light went off was the gas cap wasn’t tight enough. Or at least that is what the computer said. So that was nothing. I got new tires yesterday. Driving to work in the rain today I really realized how shitty my old tires were. Now, it is just sticks to the road again. I wonder what it is like to drive on dry pavement.
